Torah portion #22 Vayakhel - “and he gathered”

In Vayakhel, the people come together to build the Mishkan with willing and generous hearts. Yet before the work begins, they are reminded of something essential — Shabbat.

Sacred work must be balanced with sacred rest.

In that sacred rest, we remember the deeper promise fulfilled through Jesus (Yeshua), who invites us into true rest and renewal.
